Vintage 45 RPM Record

This auction is for an old 7 " 45 RPM Record that came from the estate of an elderly gentleman who collected many recor ds in his yo uth, but barely played them. A rare situation in which the owner took pride and care in his collection , every record was in a sleev e and it looks like most of the sleeves are original to the record. I will be liquidating the entire collection to the last one. These records range in musical genre such as Jazz, Doo-Wop, Gospel, Northe rn Soul, Rhythm and Blues, Motown, Funk, Rock and Roll, Old Crooners, Country , Bluegrass, Big Band music and much much more. These records are in much better condition than many of the ones I have sold in the past, this was quite the find . Be sure to check our other auctions as it will take at least a few months to liquidate all of them.

This particular record is a copy of Sidney Barnes on Blue Cat Records number BC-125. The songs are "SWITCHY WALK " and "I HURT ON THE OTHER SIDE " This record looks to be in great condition with only minor flaws.

This and all the other records we will be s elling are ungraded and have not been played to test them out. They also have not been cle aned and are being sold as found. I do not guarantee the playability of my records . I am no expert though so like I said, I have not graded any of the records in this collection but I have taken pictures so you can see the condition and make your own judgments. I do not know the exact age of th ese items but I do know that they are all on the older side (1950's-1970's). This is an excellent addition to any collection.

Everything I am selling is in the condition I received it in so it could probably use a good cleaning and is being sold "AS IS". There is wear from age, use, and storage. I don't grade the items I am selling but I have taken some pictures so you can make your own judgments.

Payment must be received within 7 days after end of auction. We accept PayPal*. If there is some other payment type that you would like to use let us know and we may be able to accommodate.

For most item's shipping costs, domestic and international, may be pre-determined and listed in the auction but are usually figured with the shipping calculator (all shipping weights are estimated when listing of the item and any extra shipping charged above the actual cost of shipping and handling will be refunded after the item is packed and actual shipping weight is determined). International shipping may be figured with the shipping calculator but depending on the final selling prices of items it may not be a correct shipping quote and corrected shipping prices will be invoiced after the auction has ended so please wait for us to invoice you for those items.

*As of 1/1/12 our shipping policy regarding PayPal has changed. We will accept PayPal from all buyers where PayPal is available but the shipments will be made by the following services at the buyers expense. For buyers in the US item will be sent USPS with delivery confirmation for items valued at less than $250 and with signature confirmation for items valued at more than $250. The items will either be sent first class, priority, or parcel post to US buyers. International packages valued under $75 will be shipped USPS First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International depending on weight of the package with customs declaration for the full selling value and return receipt. International packages valued between $76-$249 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International with a customs declaration for the full selling value. International packages valued at more than $250 will be shipped USPS Express Mail International also with customs declaration for the full selling value. These are the required shipping methods and no exceptions from this policy will be made.

Items shipped internationally may be delayed by customs. Any duties or fees charged by the customs office are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

A non-PayPal shipping price may be available if there is a more economical way to ship it, please e-mail us if you would like more information about those shipping options and their requirements.

Insurance may be required for some items and offered as optional for some items which will reflect in the invoice.

There is a handling fee for each package of $1.99 that will be figured in the shipping price regardless of what payment option you use. That is per package, not per item, so if you buy multiple items and they can be shipped together there is only one handling fee per package. The handling fee is used to offset the costs of packaging materials and time it takes to ship the many auctions we bring to you on E-bay. PLEASE CONSIDER THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES WHEN DECIDING HOW MUCH TO BID. BY BIDDING ON OUR ITEMS YOU HAVE AGREED THAT THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE FAIR. WITHOUT THE HANDLING FEES WE WOULD HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO START ALL ITEMS AT HIGHER STARTING PRICES. WE TRY VERY HARD TO BE FAIR AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM US.
