THIS IS A BUY IT NOW / BEST OFFER SALE FOR AN ORIGINAL 1978 U.S. PRESSING OF BLACK SABBATH'S "NEVER SAY DIE" LP (WARNER BROTHERS BSK 3186) THAT HAS BEEN FULLY AUTOGRAPHED BY THE ENTIRE ORIGINAL BAND.
THIS LP COMES FROM THE PRIVATE COLLECTION OF A MINNEAPOLIS BASED PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN WHO ATTENDED AN AFTER SHOW PARTY AT MECCA ARENA IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN CELEBRATING THE ALBUM'S RELEASE, AND THE START OF THEIR U.S. TOUR, ON AUGUST 22ND, 1978. IT WAS THERE THAT OZZY OSBOURNE, TONY IOMMI, GEEZER BUTLER, AND BILL WARD AUTOGRAPHED THIS LP FOR HIM.
VISUALLY, THE LP AND JACKET GRADE NEAR MINT (NM) AND IT COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE.
| I RECENTLY RECEIVED A QUESTION ABOUT A "CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY" FOR THIS LP AND HERE IS THAT EXCHANGE: Q: "Hello.. I did not see any authentication offered for this item, but I would like to know, if the item were to be authenticated after the sale, and (for whatever reason) was not authentic, could it be returned for a refund? I would think that this would be something you could do for a buyer, when asking them to spend this kind of money on an autographed item. Thank you in advance!" A: "Hi, I'd be happy to include a letter from the original owner certifying the provenance of this LP, and I will ask them if they're willing to pay to have it authenticated by a third party, but to be honest you're the first person who's ever asked for one, and I've sold autographed pieces from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, R.E.M, Van Halen, Prince and many others over the years. I think my reputation, and feedback, on eBay speak for themselves, but I understand your concern also. In the interim you can see that I've posted very clear pictures of the actual signatures that you, or any third party authenticator, could compare to any others online, or already in your collection. If there's a reputable third party authenticator that you recommend I'd certainly be happy to check them out and pass that info along to the owner of this LP.
