This is the Blue Note Liberty pressing of WAYNE SHORTER's "Adam's Apple" on the Division of Liberty Records, Inc. labels of Blue Note BLP 4232. (R" under "Note" on label) Musicians include Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Reggie Workman, Joe Chambers.

A chance to own a PERFECT Blue Note disc. Punchy-sounding LP with excellent detail and resolution of all instruments; great tone and depth. Rich, clear and very dynamic. VINYL is MINT. No distortion. No skips. No warps. No locked grooves. Vinyl surface is super clean, glossy, MINT. Instruments are clear and dynamic. The "Division of Liberty Records, Inc." labels are pristine; minor spindle wear under direct light.

The COVER is in lovely shape, spine and top seam perfect. Lower cover is SAD! Damaged, water damage, taped, wrinkled. See photos (of the sadness). "XXXXXXX (damaged) New York 10023" back jacket is lovely up top, totally trashed at seam. See photos.

This LP was play-tested on a high-end system consisting of Music Hall MMF-7.3 turntable/Ortofon Bronze cartridge, Heed Audio Elixir integrated amplifier, Heed Quasar Phono stage and Quad S2 speakers (with very revealing ribbon tweeters). Record cleaned on VPI 16.5.
