I have the Ultra Rare Chicago Soul 45 by The NOTATIONS Gonna Get Ready b/w Trying My Best on TAD Records from 1969. The 45 is in VG Condition but has what seems to be a
small warp and plays through with tone arm weight. I had it tracking fine with 3 grams. The Dead Wax #s are "3412-6-30-L"
