This is a very rare (31 made then pulled?) promo vinyl picture disc 10" of Olivia Newton-John & Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) doing the title track to the film Xanadu on MCA Records #MC10384. The record is in near mint condition with a slight dish to it and it comes in a plain clear plastic 12" sleeve.
