Apparently this is 'The Fifth Estate' It has more recently been issued as part of the groups CD entitled 'Ding Dong! The Witch Is Back!: The Fifth Estate, 1964-1969' The liner notes suggest the track was unreleased. Not only was it released it was also bootlegged in the UK at least twice! Written by The Fifth Estates songwriting duo Don Askew / Wayne Wadhams.
