Vinyl: THE BEATLES, DAY TRIPPER 1969 SOLID CENTRE WITH PARLOPHONE/GRAMOPHONE LABELS.

This is a rare early July 1969 45 single with a solid centre and with Parlophone label rim on side 1, and Gramophone label rim on side 2. This was manufactured before the Sold In UK Label text was abolished in July 1969, strangely this issue has The Parlophone Co Ltd Label Rim on side 1, and The Gramophone Co Ltd Label Rim on side 2, also the label print is different on each side.

Side 1 matrix and Stampers, 7XCE 18341-4 & 1 2 A R M. Side 2 matrix, 7XCE 18342-1 & 1 2 A A L.

The single plays with stunning sound quality on both tracks.

Both record labels are in Excellent Plus condition with just a couple of play signs around the centre of each label. Both vinyl surfaces are in Excellent Plus condition, beautiful surfaces to both sides, without any scratches or scuffs and just a couple of light superficial surface hairlines.

There is a tiny piece broken off of the edge of the single (see scans above) fortunately i do have this tiny piece and can send it with the record, and it could possibly be glued back with a steady hand.

The 45 single comes in its original Green Parlophone Records Company Sleeve.
