From England, this is Ducretet-Thompson Records D 93098, Lucky Thompson Quintet, a blue label, original UK mono issue of this great rare record recorded in France in 1956 and featuring Henri Renaud and Emmett Berry. The record is VG++ condition showing only a few light paper marks and playing quietly throughout. Remarkable for a piece of this age. The glossy cover has a small amount of open edge wear but is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare, original issue. The record has been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
