I sell vinyl records with complete honesty and reliability. Above all things I am a record collector and music lover. I only sell records that I would want to receive. I know well the disappointment of receiving an over-graded record that turns up two weeks late. That is not the service you will receive here, so bid with total confidence. I don’t sell a lot of records because I spend a lot of time carefully finding, grading and listing them and do not like to rush this process, as many sellers must do to be able to sell 100 records a week!
I am mostly a collector of old time music, pre-war blues and folk, so buy job-lots that often contain rare records that aren’t to my taste so to eBay they go!
(On that note, if you have any early American blues or folk ((vinyl or shellac)) to swap or sell, please get in touch!)
I have only 20 records left to sell and these are my true gems. They came to me from a nuclear engineer who played them once to record to cassette, wrapped them outside of their sleeves and filed them away. They are, without a doubt, the most pristine records I have come across and I would hasten a guess the best in existence for most. Please keep watching if you want a chance of getting hold of some incredibly rare, museum quality vinyl.
Anyway, enough of the chit chat and on to the record at hand…

This outstanding UK 1970 box set contains all 100% genuine & original components.
One of the rarest Beatles records available, it is so fragile and open to wear as it has many components that finding one in anything better than very good is a treasure.
This record however is near perfect. The best I have ever seen in person or previously sold at auction. It is a true time warp of a package and I have tried to describe as accurately as I can every part below, but in short, conditions are:

CONDITIONS
Slipcase
Incredibly difficult to find in this condition, this wonderful example has been carefully stored and barely touched since purchase.
The front is clean & glossy with just a hint of storage wear & a tiny wrinkle to the rear when seen under light.
All edges are sharp & straight with only the slightest sign of any storage w ear.
The rear is as clean as the front with again just light storage wear and no wear at all to either the upper or lower ends of the box.
There is no crushing and the case is strong sturdy and ready for purpose!

Outer Tray
This is a very snug fit on this example and consequently there is a slight creasing to the flaps made as it was pulled from its slip-case but I mean very slight!
However, there is no wear to the exposed folded edges and only minimal shelf wear to the corners.
The fold over flaps that hold the vinyl are perfect with no creasing at all.
There are no rips, tears or foxing.
NEAR MINT
Inner Tray
This fragile component has survived in near perfect shape and has only the slightest of creasing to top edge that I imagine was present when shop bought.
It holds the bo ok perfectly!

Book
A fine copy which shows little signs of having been opened or read.
The rear cover has a slight faint line and 2 of the inner pages have come loose.
The edges are sharp and there is no foxing, tears or other signs of wear.
All pages inside are clean, uncreased and unworn.
EXCELLENT +
DISC
Labels
A perfect pair bearing unworn centre holes
There is no rubbing, wear or graffiti.
Under a strong halogen bulb only the lightest of ghost spindles are evident.
Excellent +
Visual :
Immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which retain all of their deep-gloss shine and are 'as new' in strong daylight.
Close inspection directly beneath halogen light reveals just the faintest of removals and occasional whispy unfeelable hairline.
It still has that rainbowed perfection to it with no groove wear or warping present.
Excellent
Audio:
Played possibly no more than a handful of times, this exceptional sounding disc sounds warm & fresh throughout with no trace of any groove/playwear on any track or in either channel.
In fact, apart from a touch of low-level vinyl background between tracks, it is near flawless.

LP Cover
Housed in a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with red Apple logo on the rear & original 'Patent no.' inner-sleeve.
All aspects of this beautiful example are so pristine, it could have left the store yesterday.
Both front & rear panels are clean, unworn and free from any 'thumbnail' or spine wrinkles.
All corners are sharp and unbumped and both opening edges are razor-sharp and appear untouched.
The spine and both seams are smooth, unstressed and undamaged.
There are a few very faint wispy storage marks on the laminate and very slight ringwear but this really a final upgrade and the best I have seen.
Near Mint
Inner-sleeve
White Inner with purple patent is as new! No folding, writing, splits or wear of any sort.
