Vinyl: Lionel Hampton 10” Blue Note

This is the original deep-groove “P”-pressing of Lionel Hampton “Jazztime Paris” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 5046. Other than a few inaudible hairlines on Side 1 the flat rim playing surface is in beautiful condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The frame cover shows very light shelf wear with light rubbing along the seams. Personnel include Jimmy Cleveland, Mezz Mezzrow, Clifford Scott, Claude Bolling, and Curley Hamner.
