This is the deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Sabu Martinez “Palo Congo” on the West 63rd New York 23 label (Side 1) and West 63rd St. (no “INC”) label (Side 2) of Blue Note BLP 1561. The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster; possibly unplayed. The laminated West 63rd cover is in amazing condition – virtually new – with sharp corners and perfect seams; slight rubbing at the center of the back slick.
