Up for auction is HANK MOBLEY original BLUE NOTE LP (MONO 1568) With the 47 West 63rd NYC address. THE HEAVY VINYL ALSO HAS THE DOUBLE SIDED DEEP GROOVE, "EAR" AND RVG STAMP IN THE DEAD WAX.
NOTE: The Holy Grail of Jazz collectors, 1568 was pressed in a very limited number. 500 total LP's were made on one run only.

PLAYERS INCLUDE: Hank Mobley, Bill Hardman, Curtis Porter, Sonny Clark, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor.

CLEANED ON A VPI RECORD CLEANER.

Condition:
Cover=VG (thick, strong cardboard, chipping and splits on the seams, staining on the front and back (See photo details)

Vinyl=VG+ (glossy with a light scratches)

Play tested:

It plays really nicely. There may be some light pops/ticks, but these are generally masked by the loud strong music. No skips! The music on here is great!

I'm selling my personal collection of 50 years and will be posting many rare and collectible original pressing LPs. If you are looking to purchase more than 2 records email for quote.

All records are visually graded using the following scale: NM-/EXC/VG+/VG/G

Shipping: All records are professionally packaged and shipped in their inner sleeve removed from the cover to prevent splits.

The shipping prices below reflect current rates including handling.

U.S. Priority mail will not be $4.00 just a few bucks more. Insurance and signature will be required upon delivery.

International Priority Registered and insured Airmail= $35.

Any package over 4lbs in weight will have to be shipped via Priority mail at an extra cost.
