The Beatles Yesterday and Today Stereo 'Butcher' Cover 2nd State. This is a Los Angeles factory pressing. The shrink is missing a bit on the upper left hand side and has retracted a bit from the opening edge. There is some very slight discoloration from age at the opening, and some of the very light signs of 'shelf wear' appear to be on the actual cover, not only the shrink. There are also some fingerprints on the back of the cover itself. No attempt has been made to remove these light signs of wear. The bottom of the cover has a small 1 1/2" split in the middle. This split the shrink approx. 1/4". The paste over itself is not quite square. (See photos) There does NOT appear to be any signs of ring wear to the cover itself. The color is very bright. Three of the four corners are in extremely good condition. (The lower opening corner is just a bit bumped and soft with a 1/4" separation.) The spine is flat and 100% legible. The shrink is still tight. The inner sleeve (orange PE-12-3BL) has creases/wrinkles and a 6 1/2" split at the bottom as well as a tear at the opening in the middle. This copy does not include the 'recall' letter. Most of the wear seen in the photos (other than what was specifically noted) appears to be on the shrink only. The vinyl itself is in VG++ condition. High gloss shine and very few, VERY lightly visible needle marks. Play graded VG++. Labels are clean with no spindle marks. (See photos) Really overall REMARKABLE condition!!! Conservatively graded. US shipping only!

VG++ The record will have a few visual imperfections that should not affect the sound.

VG+ More surface marks than VG++. The record has been played but well taken care of and should play with very few audible imperfections.

VG The record will display light surface scuffs and marks. Expect some light surface noise in parts or occasional clicks or pops. A VG record will play with minimal noise and will be quite enjoyable.

VG- The record may have deeper more audible scratches. There will be more clicks and pops than that of a VG record but with ll play without skipping.

G The record will have very heavy wear, deep scratches and very apparent surface noise, clicks or pops.

Poor: Records with this grade should be considered unplayable.
