Vinyl: Beatles-1966 Capitol "Yesterday & Today" STEREO BUTCHER COVER-VG-/VG/VG+/RARE

The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. I'm going to start listing this collection slowly, probably listing only one or two items a week in the beginning, on Wednesday nights, gradually increasing the items listed over time. The Beatles-"Yesterday & Today" LP, Capitol ST-2553, released in 1966. This is a second state Stereo "Butcher Cover" pressing. You all probably know the back story of this LP by now but you might not know that there were ten times more Mono pressings of this than Stereo, making the Stereo pressings very rare indeed. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG- condition, with numerous scuffs/scratches; the LP is easily replaced. Also comes with the original inner sleeve. The jewel is the cover, which is in strong VG condition, with some general age/ring/seam wear, nothing severe. There is a 1" bottom seam split. The back cover is kind of dingy and there is a stain at the bottom right corner on the front. That's basically it for defects. Not much else left to say. One of the scarcest pieces of Beatle vinyl, in overall very nice shape.
