Capital Records PCR-8370.
Stunning sound! Amazing, string tone. Clear, and free of distortion.
Records: Visual grade M--
Full luster. No scratches. No sleeve lines.
Labels have only 1 or 2 light spindle marks. Very clean.
Side 1 - M-
Side 2 - EX+
side 3 - EX+ (light mark on cut 2)
Side 4 - EX+
Side 5 -EX+ (very small mark cut 1)
Side 6 - M-
Play grade EX to EX+
Play graded at loud volume in stereo mode to hear everything clearly.
The surface will be much quieter played in Mono as intended.
Side 1 - EX+ with very light surface noise behind the music.
Side 2 - EX starts with a little intermittent ticks then quiets with
very light surface noise behind music.
*Side 3 - Starts EX then at end of cut 2 a couple small marks that pop
lightly 2 times. Finishes EX+
*Side 4 - Starts EX then on last 2 cuts gets ticky with a few light
intermittent pops EX-.
Side 5 - Mostly EX with intermittent 3 ticks on 3rd cut.
Side 6 - EX at beginning then all EX+
*Basically an excellent listen with very, very light surface noise overall well behind the music and not distracting at all.
The violin is very clean and present.
Cover: EX- Good corners but about a 4" split at bottom center and
some missing black at bottom right corner.
