These were issued only to Radio Stations, DJs and record label executives in Hong Kong & Southern China. 50 copies were produced. The cover design features an image of Madonna praying surrounded by what looks like a Metallic Green tinted border. The back cover includes an image of Madonna dancing in the throws of ecstasy with a preview image of the forthcoming Sire album (1989) titled "Like A Prayer". The rare one-sided promo record is housed in a deluxe Gate-fold sleeve which once opened reveals a spread of images from the controversial 'Like a Prayer" video.Please ignore the postage rates as special shipping including insurance will apply.
