This copy would probably have an interesting story behind it if we could talk to the band. The side 2 lable was modified..and seemingly was personalized to a local police officer by the band. It reads as follows ..

Aside from the modified lable .. side 2 would grade VG+ ..showing only minor random light hairlines while retaining it's gloss. Side one would be the same .. but has a single 3/4" visible scuff... which brings the grade down to VG. Fortunately it only sounds lightly a few times. I've included recording of both sides in their entirety. There has been no noise reduction of any kind used. The record plays pretty nice with some pops near the start of each side ..and clears up nicely as the songs progress. You can listen to them here...
